Using DNA Gaming
DNA Gaming is a free, hobby-run Discord community and companion bot/website. By joining the server or using the bot, you agree to these terms and to Discord's own Terms of Service.
Community conduct
Members are expected to follow the rules posted in the Discord server's #rules channel. Officers may issue warnings, timeouts, kicks, or bans for violations, at their discretion, as part of running the community.
No warranty
This bot and website are provided as-is, run in our spare time. We don't guarantee uptime, data accuracy (including Mythic+ scores pulled from Raider.IO), or that any feature will keep working exactly as described. Things may change or break without notice.
Third-party services
We rely on Discord and Raider.IO to operate. We're not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies. DNA Gaming is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment — World of Warcraft and related trademarks belong to Blizzard.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DNA Gaming and its organizers aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot, website, or Discord server.
Termination
We can remove your access to the server or bot at any time, for any reason, particularly for rule violations.
Changes
We may update these terms as the community grows. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
